ORDERS REQUIRE 5-7 DAY creation time before SHIPMENT as many items are handcrafted.
Plants & pots are not included in the final sale unless arranged for a porch pick up. Price varies with pot & plant type.

Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days* once shipped.
Delivery times can vary, especially during the holiday season or during unforeseen circumstances like pandemics.
Double-check the address you are using.
We are not responsible for lost packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address.
We will send a tracking number to the email provided in your order. Please check your spam/junk folders if you don't see it in your in-box.
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be clean, unused, and with the tags still attached.
Sale items are final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wrong color ordered? No problem, you can exchange for the correct size within 7 days of receiving your item.
We would recommend shipping return items with a tracking number since we are not responsible for lost packages.
